Ways to naturally grow breasts?

I weigh 97lbs, 5'0, 34A, 17 yrs old, and have a very high metabolism. I feel jealous that my bf has bigger boobs than me and I struggle to fit nice tops due to my small size of breasts. Any way to grow a little more before I go school shopping for new clothes which is next month? And how sure are you that these techniques could accurately work? Please and thank you
