URGENT HELP PLEASE! Question about dumbells?

It definitely won't stunt your growth. Olympic weight lifters have to start young to be successful later on in life and some of the top weight lifters are easily over 6 foot. Keep the weight of the dumbbells you use low(ish) as you can damage you muscle growth as you grow,build up the weight you lift over time and make sure you have a high protein diet!
